Rupert and the Bell is the 36th episode of Rupert and the 10th episode of Season 3.
The local delinquents, Freddy and Ferdie Fox, find a bell that renders them invisible when they ring it. They put it to good use by playing nasty tricks, making Rupert appear to be the perpetrator. Meanwhile, Rupert tries to help Hugo, an autumn elf to find his bell and finds out that the elves are running low on gold dust to make it spring.
