Plot[]
While taking a walk through the woods, Rupert encountered money and tried to pick it up, only to see that it kept getting away. It was revealed that it was Gergory doing the prank. Gergory revealed that he got the ideaf from a book at the second-hand shop and both learns that the author of the book, A.Fool. lives in the town of Appleton and has a joke shop. However, upon arriving at the town, they notice that some of the citizens are a bit grouchy and mean-spirited. It was then discovered that it's against the law to have a sense of Humor in the town and were escorted out by the police O'Hare and were warned not to come back.
